Current Trail Conditions

Updated: Saturday, March 6, 2010

Hi folks,

As of 6am Saturday, the snowmobile is back on again doing its thing, and Brett is out renovating what was a crusty, frozen granular surface.  He has groomed the north end trails and is now on the south end working on those trails.  The renovating has created a very skiable, loose granular surface that we think will corn up for nice spring skiing as the temperatures rise into the upper 30's to low 40's.  Best skiing will be this afternoon.  Have fun!!

For up-to-date local weather conditions, check out John Hadden's "East Street Weather Blog". The blog offers daily morning observations for weather conditions just 0.7 miles from the CHSA trails! Check it out!

We're currently hoping to sign up as many season-members as possible. The Association really depends on your support. If you'd like to sign up, please visit our Membership Info page for details. We're also looking for volunteers to help with grooming, hut staffing, and other maintenence activities. If you're interested in helping out, please give Dave Brautigam a call at (802) 735-5490.

If you would like to report on your skiing experience, please send an email to conditions@camelshumpskiers.com and I'll include them. We definitely appreciate any input!
